1994 intrepid, needs new Headlights, where to get from?

Are you talking about the lamps/bulbs or the whole enclosure? If it is the lamps then go to any part store.

Whole enclosure i think. The part where its like a frame, where it connects with screws, the hinges are broken and the lights kind of wobble.

try a junkyard, and if they are cloudy get some Meguires Plastix, plastic polish. It does a great job at making the lenses clear again. It can be found at Autozone.
