1994 Camaro Z28 with supercharger (Powerdyne), 47,000 miles.. anything to check?

Yeah, pretty much assume it has been flogged to death on a daily basis, and then look carefully for any evidence that it has been taken care of.

Check the oil (level and color), drips or leaks (spots on the driveway), interior wear that is in accordance with the milage, exhaust system condition, tire condition, break condition... umm... it takes a lot of nerve to buy something like that - you shouldn't pay much more for it WITH the supercharger than if you were to buy it without.

Because like everybody has said, that car HAS done some all out 0-60 runs, (probably 0-120 even) rest assured.
