I have a 5000 word paper I wrote at UCLA about the three key figures in, and their impact upon, the evolution of radical Islamic terrorism dating back to 1947 up to 2005 Iraqi guerilla warfare (the essay is a year old now). I think it would be helpful.

Hope this helps you get started

Per one of my classes:

"Notice of Use of Turnitin.com

In this course, I may utilize turnitin.com, an automated system that instructors may use to quickly and easily compare each student?s written assignment with billions of websites, as well an enormous database of student papers that grows with each student submission. Accordingly, student assignments may be subject to this additional check. After the assignment is processed, I receive a report from turnitin.com that states if and how another person?s work was used in the assignment. For more detailed information about this process, visit http://www.turnitin.com."

I had never heard of the site before. Not that I would need to know about this site it's just that I'm amazed how it's getting.

EDIT: Reading wikipedia it says students can turn in papers to the database ... how do I do that? I wanna submit a couple so they don't get used.

What a short term paper. 2000 words. That's nothing. I had a paper that was 51 pages and 11,953 words for my technical communications class.
