I was a new hire out of college 6 years ago. They still recruit for full timers just the same even IF they take fewer.Originally posted by: lokiju

Keep in mind that if your in an employment at-will state, even such a letter means nothing. You could show up your first day of work and they could say, "sorry we were just kidding." Unless you have a contract, you're screwed.
