Yeah log into paypal and go under auction tools and file a dispute. I had some jerkoff charge 5K to my paypal account once and I got them to reverse the charges.

Good Luck,

email him a copy of you paypal confirmation receipt, and tell him if you don't have a tracking # within 48hr you will file a dispute with paypal and they will reverse the charges.

In reality paypal will most likely do nothing to help you. Hopefully you payed though paypal via a credit card, if so file the dispute with the CC company if it comes to that, but make sure you remove any bank accounts you have attached to your paypal account before you file the dispute

Send him the transaction ID and your paypal email address and have him search his history. It could just be a misunderstanding.

I left out 1 letter in a receipiants PayPal address once.
After a few days, I asked the seller what was up, he replied that he never got payment.
It went unclaimed for 30 days, then PP refunded me.

Better double check the PP addy.
