Hi,
I've seen soooo many threads of people complaining of "massive" ghosting, and some who say it dont do it at all. I just got mine and it makes me feel like I'm drunk when playing games. I'm mainly interested from people who have just recently ordered them, what revision/version did you get? This information is claarly labeled on the outside of the box. I'm just wondering if theres any affects of this ghosting due to version of monitor.

Mine is rev AOO (might be ADO actually) w/ a samsung PVA panel.

Also, there is a proceedure lurking somewhere online to see what panel you have. If somebody could, please post here on how to find out. I would like to see users, especially those who claim no ghosting, to post their monitor revision and/or panel information.

Maybe this will shed some light on why some review sites rated it so highly, and some of users rate it as pretty crappy. Please participate.

I just posted a similar thread in the video forum.
I just received my 1905fp today. I'll check the monitor revision and play a few games and dvds and i'll post soon.

Okay I have AMLCD (LTM190E4-LO2) V017
Using this program I found on the net, http://www.prad.de/board/thread.php?threadid=9546
I compared my 1905FP to my IBM laptop T42 lcd and noticed fair amount more ghosting or streaking on the dell.
However, this is also using analog input and I will test the DVI on my desktop this weekend.
So I won't draw any real conclusions untill I try the DVI.

I received my 1905fp last week, in the US. It is rev A00. I haven't played any games yet. In general use, ghosting is most noticible in programs like IE and Outlook that do smooth scrolling.
