No, but it's not like an aroused member will be that obtrusive, unless the pants you're wearing are pretty thin.

It just looks similar enough that in a glance, it COULD be mistaken...

Neither do I, but I'm still paranoid about it. Besides, females generally don't feel any pressure not to look at a guy's crotch. And what if someone glances over and happens to see the bulge?
