1900XP overheated

I have a 1900XP on a Shuttle AK31 mobo all in a Antec SX1040. I would like to know of an awesome fan and heatsink for the CPU cause the one I have isn't cooling enough. I was also thinking of getting two more case fans. Please help me out because I can't much without it overheating.

which one you should choose is really up to you and what you plan on doing with your cpu (i.e. overclock or not)
