Midland police were called back to an apartment when the resident found a threatening note.

The North Saginaw Road apartment was broken into Tuesday, and the suspect, a 19-year-old Midland man, was found engaged in sexual acts while using a computer.

Saturday, officers were called back to the apartment for a threatening note, signed with the 19-year-old's name and found by the resident.

Police confiscated the note, and had not yet contacted the suspect.
