19" Widescreen LCD size

I wondering if anyone knows the actuall size of a 19" LCD "Widescreen" monitor. How many inches high and how many inches wide is the screen? (not the diagonal)

Just want to get an idea of what size it would be compared to my current 17" lcd monitor (which isn't widescreen).

my roomie has one of those lcd's. it's about 10" in width and 14" in length

Are you sure thats a 19" widescreen? My 17" normal size screen is 13 1/4" wide.

edit: Thank you for the reply. I think I did find the correct size after doing a search on google for a 19" widescreen. One site said 10 3/8" for height and 15 3/4" for width.
