Oddly enough, I've never had a problem with eCost. I've ordered from them 5-6 times. My roommate had a horrible experience with them. But, I've also had absolutely horrible experiences with the beloved ZipZoomFly and will never order from them again, go figure.

Bad resellerratings + mail-in rebates is generally not a good combination though. :\
