19" Server rack mounting rails?

My server rack has the older threaded holes for the equipment mounting rails. I have equipment that won't work with these and needs the newer square hole version. Anyone know where I can purchase just the mounting rails. If it helps, the rails are 61.5".

This is what I am looking at but not sure if it's a wider rail or a standard rail.

Any network supplier should be able to provide you with clips for those square holes that have threads for your situation.

I can find the clips just fine, I was actually looking for the rail itself.
