19' Monitor - 300$$ are there any good ones?

im just about done upgrading my system 800 t-bird a7 mobo 30 gig hard drive,,,,,now i need a monitor and am looking for suggestions.
i do a lot of gaming so refresh rates are huge to me. im a little new at this so would like some suggestions.

I've got a KDS VS195e. It's pretty nice for $300. If I had $400 I'd get the KDS AV195. It has the trinitron monitor.

You can get this Relisys. From TCWO for $319. It is a pretty good monitor. I am thinking about getting it myself. If you have a problem when you call tech support and act like a dumbass you can become one of jonnyGURU's rants for us to laugh at.

i got my kds-vs19sn for $275 a while back, its a great monitor, sharp up to 1600x1200@75 (max res on it)
