19" LCD

25ms, and no DVI. Not a bad price to gift the ol' parents. You can tell them it's just like the 8ms dvi one your using! =)

You can get the Princeton LCD19D for $281 DELIVERED (after a $100 rebate from Princeton) ($6 shipping) @ Newegg. It has DVI and comes with a cable.
There are plenty of reviews at Newegg.

Newegg reviews are worthless as they are handpicked and negative ones are deleted. Do NOT go by newegg reviews.

Yes you have to be careful of reviews these days there are many places on the internet that are doing this with their ratings. Not a bad deal above though.

You are right about the facts, but I disagree with your conclusion.

The reviews Newegg publishes are from real people, and I think you can trust them.

They don't publish bad reviews, so you won't see those.

In this case, there are enough reviews that you can get a very good idea of what this monitor is like, if you get a good one. I have one myself, and it is excellent; lots of contrast and brightness. One of my friends already bought one too, just from seeing mine for only a few minutes.

The ratings at Newegg seem to be accurate (not censored) - in this case it is 4 stars out of 5.

There doesn't seem to be any competition for the Princeton LCD19D monitor at anywhere near this price: $275 + $6 = $281. If you have a DVI capable video card, you are gonna love having a DVI capable monitor.

If you get a bad monitor, you can deal with Princeton to get it replaced.

They might be by real people, but others have had their comments edited before. If you believe reviews from a site trying to sell you the product they are advertising...you deserve what could possibly happen.

I would NOT consider comments that have been edited or handpicked "accurate"

I can dig you up some great reviews on the Pinto. Does that mean it's a great car?

I think what you are missing here Emeraldsky is that handpicking these reviews and posting only the chosen "good" reviews is not very accurate at all. I feel that we as consumers need to have the good and the bad, all reviews should be posted if you want to read them. Like the other gentlemen before has posted about the Pinto sure you might find some good reviews on it but my guess is more then 3/4 of the reviews for that car are bad, if you take only the good reviews of that car it will appear as though it's a good car when we all know they tend to catch on fire a bit too much....Anyway I think you need to subjectively look at what you are saying here it doesn't make to much sense Emeraldsky, although like I said your link for this other monitor is a pretty nice deal, I just wouldn't take the reviews whole-heartedly.
