claims to have a 15 ms response time, but I'm assuming thats waay too good to be true. Probably only rise, so around 30 ms. 19'' LCD, $619 is still a bargain!
 
This looks like and has the same specs as the Sceptre X9-s which I just got from Dell for less than $560. Dell shows a X9-g but shipped a X9-s. I would wait for a 10 or 15% off coupon and get it from Dell if you want one. Has the very same connectors, front speakers, etc without the Sceptre badge. Mine is great!
