Some of the reviewers said they were still waiting for the rebate. One said its been 4 months. Damn I want a 19inch to. Is that Fugi plus one still for sale ?
 
Seems hot for me. Anyone know for sure if this is an 8 bit panel? How about if the response time is time rising, time falling, or time rising to time falling, or gray to gray? 12ms is... so vague.
 
I have not seen this monitor nor found a review. Not hot for me.. LCDs vary too much in performance to take a chance. If I could return it because it sucks I'd try it, but I can't so...no deal.

Yup, same here. Having spent more than new (after *3* returns) on a 9800 pro refurb from Newegg, I'll stick to Dell.
