Hey guys. Im plannin on buying a 19inch LCD monitor, and Im wondering if any of you have any experience with any of these:

Dell 1905fp

BENQ FP931

Samsung SyncMaster 915N

They are all about the same price, and Ive heard good stuff about all. The 915N has an 8ms response time, which I would imagine would be great for gaming which is the primary function of my PC. But Ive seen great reviews for the Dell1905fp, and the BenQ FP931 also has a low response time(16ms) as well as being a few bucks cheaper. Do any of you have any experience with these and could you comment on it?

i went through a few dell lcds.. 1800, 1801, 1900, 1901, 1905, 2000, 2001..

currently at 3 2001, 1 1905 and 1 1900 lcd tv..

1905 seems to be slower in refresh.. I looked up the specs.. and was pretty sure its over 20ms and I think it's too bright at 800:1.. the sweet spot was probably the 1901.. the 1800s was good also. I like the 2001 also..

I dont think the 1905 is as good as the 1901 and would probably not buy another one.. i'm typing from one now and will get rid of this in a few month for another 2001..

never own the other two.. but i'm sure you'll get some good reviews from people here..

i have a benq fp937s, its good for gaming, good colour, mind you its a 12ms but the 931 is probably pretty close to it

You could wait until Dell runs one of their 35% off 200x panels in a few months, and grab a 20in LCD for the price of a 19in. Or a 19in Dell for even cheaper.

Thats pretty much the only reason i bought dells.. they're so fricken affordable.. plus i dont game.. i do a lot of video editing so having multiple (low cost) screen are great for me..
