It's not true. At 17 you are only one year away from being legally an adult, good parents would be allowing the child to make their own descisions and giving them responsibility to prepare them for life as an adult....not running their lives for them.

Yeah I've been there.

Basically I just worked my way around it until the mom just ****** off. I got lucky that time. Umm other than that ****** her in the car.

you are kids, living at home, you gotta deal with the parents, no matter how stupid they are

just be patient and show respect, you don't have much longer to wait
