For all the United States bashing, I'm still glad that I live here. Yea, the US has issues, but compared to other countries its still a very good place to live. Most of the food here is better monitored then other countries. We also have good safety measures in our airlines. (not to mention other aspects -- e.g.., better roads than most other countries, etc...) In general life seems to be worth more here than other countries. Still sad that those people died though.
