if he is taking other meds, the drugs could have caused an interaction. My wife was on prescription meds and also ws taking Robitussin and lost her short term memory for awhile.

Good luck, bro...

As a follow-up to my thread above, my wife was taking Dextromothorphan (sp?) and Benzodyazapine, Lorazapan and other pills for sleeping when she had similar issues. More than likely, they need to detox him. His issue may just be Seratonin syndrome. Ask the doctor yourself or have your dad or whoever do it. See if it is a possibility. If so, it will take awhile for things to straighten out, but he should probably be okay...

no offense intended, but maybe now your bro will understand why drugs are such a bad thing and never get near them again. it can do permeant damage. that said, i hope he will be alright. it does sound like the effect of the drugs and let's hope so. we will all pray for him.

It is unlikely your brother had NMS, as it can be fatal if not treated and the doctors for sure would know if he had that. Also, i doubt its a brain tumor, most likely interaction of drugs.

Salvia Divinorum is some pretty heavy stuff. I don't even think it's illegal in the states, honestly not all that much about it is even known. I think it comes from one of the many varieties of the sage herb grown in Mexico, and can cause visions that are often religion oriented. Real shaman stuff.

How much of and how often was the Seroquel being eaten?
100 bucks says that's the cause of the problem. That is some nasty stuff.

Stay away from drugs for psychotic people, people!

Good luck to you and your brother. It's a very unusual thing you are describing, I could imagine it would be highly disturbing.
