I wouldn't take them for free. They will kill your car's performance. Try to find some wheels under 15lbs. each.

Isn't the stock size 17? 18's shouldn't be a problem. I can't say agree with your wheel choice tho.

stock mazda rims are so common. I think my dad's MPV has the same stock rims.

If I'm going aftermarket, I'd go with sharper looking rims than the ones you chose. Not bling, but close to it... thinner spokes.

It's all about the weight of unsprung mass, not the size.

i don't like thin spoke wheels for the mazda6. almost all the owners at mazda6club put thin spoke aftermarket wheels, and none of them really grab my attention.

Unfamiliar with the concept of multi-piece wheels then?

There's no performance benefit at all with wheels over 17" - in fact they'll probably slow you down. You may be getting a good deal but you're still wasting a lot of money on rice that'll be out of style in 2 years.

Uh, duh!

More vrooom vroom.

Noob... ;)

Hopefully that's sarcasm because 18" wheels will be taking some of the zoom zoom out of his Mazda.
