18" wheels on mazda6?

not bad. to maximize the size of the wheel you should look for one without a "lip". You might have to roll your fenders to fit an 18" wheel in the 6's wheel well. Some people get rubbing, some don't. What kind of tired are you considering?
 
stock seem to look better than those ones. GT x piece rims (with a lip and faux bolts) dont look that great on non-sports cars imo. I'd stay with the stock.

Your photochop doesnt make em to scale, 18s would look bigger on the car.
 
u already dropped a nice downpay on the car, mine as well just get nice tires instead, the reg rims are basicaly the same looking.
 
It's a really hard call. The 18's are nice, but they look alittle like the stock wheels. I'd say pick a different set of wheels, or save you money. Just my 2 cents.
 
I like the stocks, but the 18s don't look big enough in that picture. If it were my car, I'd have a hard time deciding too.

I'd probably just go stock for now.

For performance you want a set of lightweight 15" or 16" wheels. Heavy 18" wheels will noticeably affect acceleration, braking, and cornering.

If you don't care about sacrificing performance, and just want to look cool then the 18" ones are fine.
 
Leave the stock. If you don't have the power to spin your wheels in second gear yet, 18" will be a waste. Besides, your stocks look great.

This is pretty much what I was going to say. If you're really interested in performance, 18s probably aren't a good call.
 
Those rims are super ugly and look cheap. The rivets add to the ugliness factor. Don't waste your money, especially when that is so much...

Sorry, but you'd have to be a real tard to get those...
 
wow. that photoshop job was horrible.

further, that (cartoon) civic on the top of the webpage that sells those akita rims is horrendous..
