18" LCD w/ built-in TV Tuner - $399 AR (11/20 only)

Does anyone here know the response time for the monitor? It is not listed on the Pyxscape.com website (which is usually a bad sign ...).

I e-mailed the manufacturer and they responded that the response time is 50ms! This thing is supposed to double as a TV but it can't even keep up with NTSC TV refresh rates. No thanks! I wonder what definition they were applying when they said it had fast response times ...

Television is interlaced, which makes 50 ms refresh more than good enough.

To my understanding in NTSC television each field is drawn 30 times per second. Link to explanation of NTSC television. Thus, you get 60 "half-frames" per second in NTSC television. This monitor is only capable of drawing 20 "whole-frames" per second, so it doesn't seem like it's up to the task.
