Umm, is that good? What's a decent response time on LCDs?

50ms total response time is not great. Ok for office apps and general computing, but might be too slow for video and gaming.

One good 17" model that is good for gaming is the Hercules Prophetview 920. Good luck finding someone who is selling it though. tomshardware.com has some pretty good LCD comparos.
