Ok, sorry but I need help finding a game.

Here's what I know:
Playstation one
tetris style - except it's head to head
the head to head players are actually fighters that battle as one person get's ahead
erasing blocks results in random blocks falling on your opponent's side
blocks form together (if they're the same color) to create large blocks which, when erased, do bigger damage
opponent's hits can be prevented by erasing blocks and the same time he does

Also, it might only be available in Japanese, I can't remember

super puzzle fighter i think, with SF2 characters in it. fun game.
