You're not a bad looking dude. Women will find you attractive if you have the right attitude. I remember thinking that my world was falling apart when I started to go bald. Guess what? Women really didn't care at all. Work on your confidence. Flirt with people that you aren't sexually attracted to - I used to hone my skills on old women that I'd meet out just doing regular things. You'll feel better and they love it.

 
Hit the gym. Working out gives you confidence, which you're sorely lacking.

Also, you have to be a complete arsehole if you want to land a majority of the women out there. Any woman who tells you otherwise is full of sh!t.
