What exactly does this mean? (in bold above).

If someone checks the box for ignore next to someones name, chances are there was a valid reason and that's between you and Rollo. Whatever that reason may be. If someone else getting the last word bothers you that much, (I take it you two were in a pissing match in PM's) then you need to grow up quite a bit. And I agree with Matthias, enjoy your vacation.
