I like it, but it's not very consistant. You have home, services, about us, contact on the top navigation bar, then you have something totally different on the side navigation. Privacy policy goes at the bottom. Other than that, it needs a little more cowbell, but nice looking.
 
need paragraphs or more pictures to break up the monotonous text blob

IMHO, need a little flash, and some red colors to spice it up. Change the font settings on your text, make the text a little bigger and bolder for those who are reading it. Make it easier for people to read. Maybe make your points within your text with less wording. People get bored very quickly with having to read too much info.
 
looks like you're using Wordpress. you might want to consider a content management system (CMS) script. they're more flexible with layout, imo.

check out Mambo and Joomla.
 
change the highlights of the menu bar. When I hover over links (Home, services, About) its hard to see the contrasting rollover emboss
