I did that in Seattle this summer... jumping out of a plane is something that everyone DEFINITELY needs to do before they die. That first 5-10 seconds after jumping out of the plane was incredible. The Northwest is a great place to do it too... tons of stuff to see on the way down 😀

honestly, i do not think this is a reasonable goal. charizard is far too wild and dangerous to be aquired. the best route would be to capture charmander and then raise him to trust you and train him in battle until he morphs into charizard. that's what i did at least.
