You're on a Tbred A like others had said. You're already nearing the limits of the stepping.

OK, T-bred A it must be then. So 1.83GHz is probably near limits........ O well, thats better than the default 1.47GHz!
Yeah I am checking the monitor since when I had set 170x10 I found that it actually went to 171x10. Little bit inaccurate. I don't think I can get 180 core because every time I did, even when I put the voltage to 1.7 or so it still wouldn't post. It seems like 175 is about the highest I can get. Maybe I'll mess with the multiplier a bit more, I wouldn't mind hitting 1.9 or even 2 GHz, but I think that is a bit unreasonable.

If you get bored with your t-bred A, a 1700+ t-bred B is probably only like $40 if you can still find one.

Yeah, but if I get a different proc, I'll probably go for a Barton 2500+ before they were locked down (I want to see if I can get 3000 speeds out of it )
