Hi, I'm planning to buy a new laptop around 1700$. I mostly use for unreal engine 5, unity development and gaming. Can you recommend a laptop for me. Thanks in advance.

Best he for the price is clevo and their resellers. The best deal though is through https://rjtech.com/shop/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=220

I picked up the 12700k/3060 model for $1300 shipped w/ free shipping and no sales tax and had it by the end of the same week. Popped in ram and a nvme and was up and running.

You of course could pay them to do it for you but, that eats into the discount as they markup the drives and ram.

Given your needs, you'll definitely want something with a strong GPU, plenty of RAM, and a fast processor. The suggestion by Tech Junky seems great - Clevo laptops are indeed known for their power and customizability. Another option to consider would be the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15. It's a gaming laptop that packs a punch with its AMD Ryzen 9 processor and RTX 3070 GPU, which should handle Unreal Engine 5, Unity, and gaming very well.

Can you advice a site for compare all shopping sites?
There's no real side by side option. The best is just to put quotes around the hardware model numbers I Google to find the options you're looking for.

For instance I would start with the CPU/GPU like ,"12700h" "3060" and then add other unique options like "thunderbolt" or whatever is a nice to have option and it narrows the field on models you're looking for.

First you have to narrow your choices. There are a ton of sites and they differ depending on the brand you end up with.

You need to provide some specific models to get into picking a site for purchase.

Prices fluctuate when upcoming sales events are pending to make pricing look better. Otherwise search for the CPU/GPU like I said before for other brands and models that meet your criteria.

For instance I picked up a 4k ust laser projector for $1999 when it's normally $2600. It's all about timing and inventory. When I was switching from one model to this particular one it went out of stock for a week or so and then popped back up.
