You did this COMPLETELY the wrong way. It is a good thing she is 13 and not say 17 or you just would have guaranteed she was going to sleep with him. Nothing puts a "you gotta fuck me" stamp on a teenage boy then her father's disapproval to the point of overreacting publically.

You should have found the kid, followed him, and then when he was alone threaten him within an inch of his life if he ever contacted your daughter again or even tell anyone that you threatened him. Then she doesn't hear from the grapevine that dad put the bad boy stamp on the kid.

You have time to learn, maybe you have another year or so before her teenage rebellion starts. Before that occurs look up the phrase "forbidden fruit" and do your best to never make that another set of boy genitals. Unless you WANT a pregnant teenage daughter.
