Item says "Geek Special". I believe no other discounts are allowed.

It says 729A, same panel as most of the other good reviewed LCDs, like the Advueu.

Looks like it's an Albatron, Link. Same design and panel, even the same manual/accessories are included.

That's basically a disclaimer for "acceptable amounts" meaning they'll only replace it for 8 or more of the described flaws, just like Newegg's policy.

If you google LCD 729A which is listed on the manual in the compgeeks pics you will find hits for Albatron, Neso, Amptron and Tekram (to name a few).
