One time, one guy was ready to open it up. It was great.... The look on their face of "Want the sale, can't open computer... nooooo". Ahhhh.

EDIT: It was a long time ago. And I guess you had to be there to see their face. I guess it was the fact of them presuming my ignorance about it...
