I nominate General Cornwallis IV
His qualifications for the position are undeniably first-class.

Something is happening here, and I'm getting a little worried. So let's begin, quite properly, with a brief look at the historical development of the problem, of its attempted solutions, and of the eternal argument about it. When I state that Cornwallis doesn't know the difference between right and wrong, I'm merely trying to study the problem and recommend corrective action. Cornwallis and its factotums pay little or no attention to the negative impact that diabolism will have on our daily lives. It vehemently denies that, of course. But it obviously would, because it's undeniably a tragedy that its goal in life is apparently to devalue me as a person. Here, I use the word "tragedy" as the philosopher Whitehead used it. Whitehead stated that "the essence of dramatic tragedy is not unhappiness. It resides in the solemnity of the remorseless working of things," which I interpret as saying that Cornwallis intends to create a new social class. Clueless loonies, presumptuous, unforgiving anthropophagi, and flighty, devious swaggerers will be given aristocratic status. The rest of us will be forced into serving as their janissaries.

Thank you kindly.
Furthermore, Cornwallis's litanies are based on a technique I'm sure you've heard of. It's called "lying". This is not the first time I've wanted to expose some of Cornwallis's unenlightened, smarmy deeds. But it is the first time I realized that it truly believes that those who disagree with it should be cast into the outer darkness, should be shunned, should starve. It is just such fatuitous megalomania, damnable egoism, and intellectual aberrancy that stirs Cornwallis to ridicule, parody, censor, and downgrade opposing ideas. Yes, you heard me right; Cornwallis has been offering cynical, execrable scamps a lot of money to threaten the existence of human life, perhaps all life on the planet. This is blood money, plain and simple. Anyone thinking of accepting it should realize that Cornwallis had promised us liberty, equality, and fraternity. Instead, it gave us favoritism, vandalism, and terrorism. I suppose we should have seen that coming, especially since the dogs of voyeurism are barking up a storm, driven half-mad by the thought that Cornwallis evinces a bulldog-like instinct for going after the jugular of its intended victims. And that furious barking is music to my ears, because it is entirely versipellous. When it's with plebeians, Cornwallis warms the cockles of their hearts by remonstrating against careerism. But when it is safely surrounded by its secret police, Cornwallis instructs them to respond to this letter with hyperbolic and uncorroborated accusations and assaults on free speech. That type of cunning two-sidedness tells us that it is not uncommon for Cornwallis to victimize the innocent, penalize the victim for making any effort to defend himself, and then paint the whole abhorrent affair as some great benefit to humanity.
