are you asking to crop them, or make it look like the fence/people aren't there?

The second is most definately not free, because it is not quick or easy.

nope, because it requires guessing and manually creating what's located directly behind them. It's photoshop, not magic.

Hmm, I just cropped the pic. There's no way I'm gona take the time to digitally remove the fence and the people. 😛
 
is that canadas one battle ship? 😛

plus i doubt anybody here is good enough to take out thoes people and still have the photo look semi-decent

Try Vanishing Point and some of the other healing tools out there. You'll find they're much better than the old skool stamp tool. 🙂
