Cliff notes:

1. apology written to ex-gf back in may.
2. ex-biz partner tries to get frivolous restraining order on me and dig up dirt on ex-gf as evidence.
3. ex-biz partner sends extortion offer which is promptly refused, then calls my ex-gf up.
4. ex-gf keeps her mouth shut.
5. I loose hearing, get restraining order on me for "innappropriate business conduct" due to Tamara lying in court and me not getting to talk.
6. Appeal hearing approaches, receive papers from Steve and Tamara.
7. Ex-GF writes statement that is actually a reply to my apology note in disguise! She also knows it doesn't count as evidence since her parents are lawyers.
8. Tamara and steve get slaughtered in court at appeals hearing. Steve almost looses his bar license.
9. Make amends with ex-GF, am in shock and awe about what a noble and classy gesture she just did.

Lesson for the two bozos: Don't get into our dirt.
 
Read the whole thing, get th jist of it mostly, but still a bit confusing on some details.

IE what did the ex-gf do that was so good, and why did it work?
 
this thread sucks... there's no information as to what the fight with the ex was about, why you fired tamara or what the ground for the whole court case were in the first place.

You gave us no information.... this thread = waste of my time.

She pulled the wool over Tamara & steve's eyes while simultaneously telling me she accepted my apology. In pulling the wool over those two idiots, she leaves them in the delusional state that "my ex-GF hates me" and that prevents them from going after HER since tamara & steve think she's on their side. Ex-gf has a liability issue here too, that's why she did it that way.

You can see why Tamara was fired in the related threads. She tried to have an affair with me. Fight with ex-gf is irrelevant at this time 🙂 Our dirt is our dirt. we're going to leave it that way!

So why was she taking you to court? And at least give us some idea as to what the dirt is about... otherwise I'm just going to assume you beat the sh!t out of her and raped her sister.
