Using stock drivers?
Might want to call Gateway (long-distance) and see if its a known-problem. If not, get back to BBY within 14 days from purchase and exchange.

Also, buy the BBY warranty, you'll thank me later 😉
 
You have to be able to demonstrate it to them.

Or just go in and buy the warranty. Then you'll have 3 years to prove it to them 🙂

EDIT Did I mention to buy the warranty? 😛
 
3 year is probly $199, maybe $149.
The two year is a great value; get that and you can extend it @ the end of that term if you want.
