Well, the GWS would probably "win" the fight, per se, since it's faster, larger, and stronger than the penguin. This, however, is where the penguin plays what I fondly refer to as the "OBI-WAN KENOBI CARD." See, penguins have a unique ability to become more powerful than we can possibly imagine. Speaking in terms of economics, the GWS would benefit in the short run by filling its belly with a tasty treat. But in the long run, day after day, week after week, year after year, its life will be a miserable hell, because the penguin's force entity will incessantly harass the predatory animal forever, and the shark will know no peace. And after the shark dies, it will still know no peace, for the penguin's inexorable spirit will torment the shark for all of eternity. What, you didn't know sharks go to heaven, too?
