You're fine.

They usually give you a verbal warning if you violate their TOS, else they'd just disable your account and make you call them.

Because for 99.9% of the torrents, nobody gives a sh!t. If you download Mulletellica's new cd, you may want to watch your back, if you download EP3, you may want to watch your back. Jimi Hendrix though, he don't give a sh!t if you download his stuff.
