Maybe a repost.....but just got a Maxtor 160GB 7200 RPM 8mb cache ATA hard drive at a New Hampshire STAPLES. Was listed $90, but after all rebates...came down to $50.

PS: The purchase must be made within Dec 21 and Dec 24. So 1 more day left.🙂
 
VERY regional. Here in Orlando the price is $130 with NO rebates. The gang over at Fat(you know what) kicked this deal to death. Unfortunately for a LARGE part of the country the deal simply does not exist.
 
Might be worth checking your local staples - I just happened to notice one of these (the last one I think..) at the Landmark staples in Boston. $84.95 less 35 staples rebate sounded good to me. Nice on line rebate submission - not even a stamp to lick. I've done ok with staples own rebates in the past so I think this will be ok
 
There were 2 separate deals on this drive this week. The one that the OP is referencing is regional to the Northeast. There was also a pm to officedepot's website earlier this week for $79.99, but the FW people beat that one to death to the point that OD finally fixed their website to match their instore price (which was $99.99-$20 rebate).
