1600ddr vs kt133a: can you o/c 1600ddr to 2100?

Here's the deal: i need to put something together, no later than end of next week (so i'd like to finish and order my parts by beginning of next week at worst). I bought 256Mb Crucial CAS2, but it's returnable. Still no MB, no CPU. Will be going with a 1Ghz Athlon. Since the memory's returnable, I've had second thoughts about biting the bullet and buying 256 of crucial's 1600ddr (same price as my CAS2).
Question: has anybody out there tried to o/c their fsb to 133 or so with 1600ddr, since there's still no affordable 2100ddr ram out there (til crucial puts it out within a couple of months...)? I'd like to invest in as little obselete technology as possible, hence the second thoughts about just buying a ddr mb.
finally, any thoughts as to the best platform for ddr? iwill looks appetizing, and i need raid.

well, in any case, i've decided to bite the bullet and go ddr. i'll let you all know how it turns out. ordered crucial 1600ddr 256MB yesterday, along with an iwill ka266-R. Got an athlon 950, since I couldn't find 1Ghz's anywhere at a decent price...hopefully it overclocks as well as the 1Gig. Still looking for a video card, though.
