16-year-old student refuses to press charges against teachers for threesome

If he didn't press charges, then he probably won't testify against them either. If they only have second and third hand allegations...what grounds can they fire them on?

Yes they do, since his grades, for most of his subjects, will be determined by exams marked externally 😛

My h.s. Englsih teacher was a 60ish 250+ lb witch. She was, however, a lesbian, so perhpas that redeems her in ATOT's eyes 😛

Yes, I believe that in a state where the age of consent is higher than 16, the charges would be automatic.

Read the article at least once. This was in England. In England the age of consent is 16. The only charge here is that the teachers can be had for abuse of trust (since they were in charge of supervising the child).

Why the fvck are you yelling at me you dipsh!t. I just posted the fvcking article, I never even said anything. Jesus.

The whole point of this is that in the US the teacher would almost always end up getting charged somehow, due to the laws, but since this was in the UK, nothing happened.
