The superlanboy is small enough that the 120mm fans exchange the air very quickly. There is no need for any additional fans. The hdd contraption has sleds that you mount the hdd on and you can slide them in and out of the case (assuming you unplug the cabling). The front grill is a little bit restrictive. You can use a pair of diag wire cutters to clip them - not the nicest way, but it is pretty fast mod, and you see some improvement in airflow.

Now, the superlanboy is made out of extremely thin aluminum, so it flexes a bit - not a great case. I own one, and have heavily modified it.

I suggest you take a look at the cheaper 3000B. It is steel, however it is built much more rugid and has the features you desire. Some places sell it as cheaply as 40$.

Well I plan oc'ing and I want the best ventilation, and I thought Front, back, and side was the way to go??
Is that an Antec 3000b?? Aluminum cooler than steel? Temp wise😎
 
Aluminum is not cooler than steel for a computer case. Aluminum is only lighter than steel.
The only caveat with the 3000B is the lack of window. For OCing, the 3000B has all the features you want. Side vents, front and back large fans.

Edit: I believe you can mount a 80mm fan on the side just behind the cpu duct. I am not positive however, but I do not see why you wouldnt be able to. However, If I were to use this case, i would have side exhaust for cpu. This would lessen the thermal burden of your case tremendously.

For windows, you could always make one yourself. Buy a pair of nibblers for < 15$ and as long as you have a drill that you can make a started 1/4" whole with, you are golden. Local Hardware shops sell plexi/acrylic. You could just use thin double stick tape and tape it from the inside of the case.
 
The Logisys Phantom has a 120mm rear and an 80mm side, with a mount for a 120mm front if you want to add your own. I am building one out for my stepson, and it is looking far nicer than I expected when he chose the case. Downsides include no slideout anything, a tought to remove and replace window door, and a weak standard PSU (so buy it with no PSU).

A decent case if you plan to build it and leave it together, not so great if you plan to open it up and swap out parts on a regular basis.
