The superlanboy is small enough that the 120mm fans exchange the air very quickly. There is no need for any additional fans. The hdd contraption has sleds that you mount the hdd on and you can slide them in and out of the case (assuming you unplug the cabling). The front grill is a little bit restrictive. You can use a pair of diag wire cutters to clip them - not the nicest way, but it is pretty fast mod, and you see some improvement in airflow.
Now, the superlanboy is made out of extremely thin aluminum, so it flexes a bit - not a great case. I own one, and have heavily modified it.
I suggest you take a look at the cheaper 3000B. It is steel, however it is built much more rugid and has the features you desire. Some places sell it as cheaply as 40$.
