T-MOBILE just did that to me 2 days ago when I go to file for a replacemnt phone that I just bought last month and they say oh well you do not have insurance ......:|

And yes I get insurance on every damn phone I have owned in the last 5 years...so then I am climbing the monkey ladder and a good hour into it and just about to reach the top ape...click ..........:roll:

The funny (not haha funny either) part is they had my number as I gave it to at least 4 different people and yet they never even tried to call back...yes I waited a good hour ...😕

i don't even let it get to 35 min. If after 10 min I don't hear anyone, I hang up and try again right away or wait a little. I'm not gonna waste my time waiting for them.
