i think my issue is it makes me look guilty to ignore him.. and what I REALLY don't want is someone wanting to steal/break my property over something like this
 
do you intentionally leave out details so no one knows wtf you're talking about? why would he know where you live or what property is yours?

You don't have to ignore him, just let him know that you're not going to do anything in person, and you aren't going to cooperate with im if he's being shady.
