Bad idea. Like black women, asian women look horrible with blonde hair IMO. Asian women have such beautiful black hair...I have no idea why you would want to dye it blonde so you can look like a half assed version of everyone else.

But its your head.
 
I've never seen an asian female with blond hair that looked halfway decent. Maybe this will be the exception. On Asian guys it looks hawt though. Not that I swing that way, but if I did....


Have you thought about trying something more subtle, like colored contacts?

That would be "bleached", not dyed. Be careful not to damage your hair. Going from black to blonde will take some serious chemical use.

The stylist is going to completely bleach my hair. It'll be almost white, then he'll be applying the blonde/colors as necessary.

Yes, bleached. I think he'll be applying a toner beforehand to make sure the hair isn't too damaged. Obviously bleaching hair is traumatic for it, but as long as it doesn't frizz or fall out I'll be fine.

It'll probably take about a month before it starts looking like crap. If I like it I'll have the roots redone, but if not I'll just go back to black.

So you're saying that it's going to be expensive and you're locked in until you've got the time to shave your head and grow your hair out again (or just hide until the bozo the clown part falls out).
