$150 for a wallet??

So I need a new wallet and I ask a friend whats good for how much. She's like, why don't you get a coach wallet, they're like 130-160. Man, I wanted so bad to tell her she should sell the crack she's smoking to fund my wallet in that case.

So I'm like, why the hell is it so much and she's like, you get what you pay for, the inside is leather too. Some how I don't think that extra strip of leather on the inside costs them another $100 to add in. Then she's like, it'll last a long time, but then my last cheap ass one lasted almost 10 years.

Man, that EE degree messed me up so that I can't be fashionable. 😛

I have a pricey wallet from Coach that I received as a gift. It's a nice, soft wallet, but it's not holding up too well. So much for pricey wallets.


 
As soon as I put anything that close to my @ss it loses its value. Go to a flea market and buy a leather wallet with a chain. 😉

Tri-folds are the way to go....most are actually smaller. I stopped buying bifolds years ago.

I hate bulky wallets. Not usually a problem, but you basically can't wear pants with small back pockets and big wallets hurt when you drive long distances. I usually have to take my wallet out when driving over 3 hours.
 
well you screwed up now. If you get anything other than a coach / designer wallet she's gonna think you're cheap!
 
my girlfriend works at coach so i can get those wallets %50 off 😛, and sometimes %65 off if the item is going to be deleted from their inventory when they are all gone ... 😀
 
Hm..I bought my gf a $450 Marc Jacobs wallet and she's totally loving it. I admit though that it's a bit pricey but it's also very high quality leather and built with excellent craftmanshift and care. Every seam, every stitch appears to have been made with extreme care. You can't get that kind of quality for cheap anymore. It's not only about the materials dude.
