.15 micron vs. 0.13 micron: costs and performance

Thoughts on what aspect... yields, relative merit of various of different .13u fabrication processes, availability, yield vs. speed process skewing, impact on die size/thermal specifications, potential benefit for any given manufacturer, current leakage, etc etc?

i'd have to say it depends on the arcitechture, look what happened when amd shrunk their xp, -not much inthe way of speed increase, then look what the P4 is able to do at the .13 process- 3ghz+. it really depends on the architechture.
