$15 Arc AAA Flashlight
I stopped by the store when I found out about this but it's not available in store, you have to order online since they ship from a different location.

you can read more about the flashlight at candle power forums. this is a flashlight for people who really like flashlights (it normally sells for $25). if you couldn't care less about flashlights, this probably isn't for you, but it's a great price for people who want an arc. you can also read about countycomm there--they're a reliable dealer.
